Tumbler Babes accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased through our website within 30 days of the purchase, under the following conditions:

Any sign of damage will void the Tumbler Babes guarantee

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.
Certain items are exempt from returns, including intimate apparel (such as undergarments), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
To process your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) along with your order number.

Exchanges (if applicable)
For exchanges, please follow the same process as returns and contact thetumblerbabes@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the exchange. We will handle it according to the terms outlined above.
Return Shipping (if applicable)
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Gifts
To return a gift, follow the return instructions above. If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, we will issue a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you a digital gift certificate.
Damaged Items
